Job Summary:  IT manager will be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our information technology systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. He/She will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs.

• Manage information technology and computer systems
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
• Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate I.T systems, policies and procedures
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
• MBA (or Master’s degree) will be an advantage
• Minimum of 8 years cognate working experience

Job Summary ; Responsible for improving the QMS of the company, ensuring compliance in all areas of operations and maintain the ISO 9001:2015 standards.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Quality System Management* Total Overview of Implementation and Maintaining of the ISO 9001:2018 Quality Management *Compliance enforcement *Risk assessment

• Bachelor’s degree certificate in any related field (Master’s degree would be an added advantage)
• Knowledge of Quality management systems (ISO 9001:2015)
• Trained and certified internal auditor
• Knowledge of Data Analysis Negotiation and Persuasion skills would be an added advantage
• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant work experience

3. Head, Business Development and Proposals
Job Summary:  Responsible for improving CKL’s market position; engaging in strategic marketing for market share expansion; bidding and tendering in order to have constant stream of business for the day to day success of the business for financial growth as well as to keep the CKL brand in the mind of prospective Clients as a household name when it comes to the provision of construction services.

• Participate in reviews and follow up of all business opportunities and tenders
• Research new business opportunities and follow up new business opportunities as identified
• Plan and prepare presentations for business opportunities
• Oversee the development of marketing literature – brochure/catalog, website content
• Negotiate and close business deals
• Sectorial Industry Analysis for Market Positioning
• Tendering & Bidding


  • Bachelor’s degree certificate in Quantity Surveying, Master’s degree would be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Business Development, Management as an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ relevant work experience
  • Marketing skills would be an advantage


4. Head, Strategic Procurement
Job Summary:  The Head, Strategic Procurement provides leadership, vision, direction and structure to the procurement function to drive effective, efficient and value-add procurement planning, sourcing and contract management aligning with the organisation’s strategic priorities and business needs.

• Develop and implement overarching policies, procedures, systems, structures and frameworks for all procurement related activities to deliver best practice procurement and contract management solutions
• Provide expert, authoritative advice to key stakeholders on all aspects of procurement strategy and practice to inform business planning and action, encourage innovative approaches and enhance value through improved procurement efficiency and outcomes
• Lead high level negotiations with procurement partners and suppliers and establish collaborative stakeholder and strategic supplier relationships to maximise the organisation’s influence and to develop and implement procurement arrangements and initiatives that deliver optimal value for money outcomes
• Advise business leads and provide customised solutions to build procurement capability and performance across the organisation
• Establish and lead an organisation wide procurement governance and risk management framework to monitor, manage and drive procurement performance, ensure compliance with relevant legislative and policy, manage risks and realise business opportunities
• Establish key performance indicators and qualitative and quantitative metrics to capture, report and evaluate the benefit and performance of all procurement activity and lead improvement planning and implementation in consultation with key stakeholders and suppliers


• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or any related field
• MBA (or Master’s degree) will be an advantage
• Minimum of 8 years cognate working experience
