Construction Kaiser Ltd is an indigenous Nigerian building and civil engineering company, established in 1993.

We started very small as a 5-man organisation in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria and attained rapid growth to establish the Lagos  regional office in 2003 and then Abuja regional office in 2008, having successfully executed various projects in south southern and south eastern parts of the country. 

 Thus, we have operational offices in Abuja (Administrative Capital), Lagos (Financial Capital), and Port Harcourt (Oil Capital) - Nigeria.

We undertake construction projects in heavy engineering (equipment foundations, infrastructure, etc), residential and commercial development and currently execute projects in different geo–political zones of the country. Our operations are supported by 220 permanent staff (about half of which are industry professionals), and equipment valued at over US$7m. These resources are managed by a team of seasoned professionals.

Our company clientele range from private to public and multinationals in different sectors of the economy. These include Marubeni corporation (Japan), MTN Communications Nigeria Ltd, (Africa’s largest telecommunications company), Standard Chartered Bank, Stanbic-IBTC Bank, Guaranty trust Bank Plc, Willbros Offshore Ltd (Now Ascot Ltd.), Halliburton Nigeria, amongst others.

Our organisational structure, good corporate governance and quality delivery have been our key success factors over the years; resulting in repeat clients. 

Our revenues have grown ten-fold over the last five years.
